Originally a single-building residential property with a parking garage, it was converted into a LUMO Homes rental property. Juuso Ilonen served as the lead designer and structural engineer. As the team’s second architect, my role was to produce the master drawings and construction drawings. The building was designed using BIM (Solibri).
