The eastern block comprises five apartment buildings and a parking garage in Tampere, in the Ranta-Tampella neighborhood on the northern shore of Lake Näsijärvi. The western block consists of three apartment buildings. YIT Suomi Oy served as the developer. The project was designed by Arkkitehtitoimisto Jukka Turtiainen Oy. Ulla Saarinen served as the lead architect, and Jouni Karttinen as the project manager. As the third member of the team, my role was to produce the master drawings, construction drawings, and sales and marketing materials. The buildings were BIM (Solibri) projects.
