A small apartment building project consisting of student apartments, located in Vermonniitty on the edge of a park. The top floor features a sauna area with a balcony for cooling off.
The project was designed remotely during the COVID-19 pandemic. The lead architect was Ulla Saarinen of Arkkitehtitoimisto Jukka Turtiainen Oy, and the structural engineer was Juuso Ilonen of Arkkitehtipalvelu Oy. I served as the project architect and assistant lead architect for the project. The building was designed using BIM (Solibri).
